Catching up.....

Here are some pictures of what we have been up to in the last month or so.....

Megan and Avery love to ride this little plane at Walmart any chance they can get ( or at least when I have 50 cents in my purse)

Visiting Santa and Mrs. Claus.....Megan wanted nothing to do with them at all, and Avery made sure that Santa would bring her a ballerina outfit!
Christmas Eve with the cousins acting out the Christmas story. Avery was an angel and Megan was suppose to be baby Jesus if only she would have stayed put...

Christmas morning.....it was lots of fun. Avery loved to see what she got and to help everyone else open what they got. Megan loved the boxes and wrapping paper. They both were spoiled!

Sledding with the neighbors behind the four-wheeler. We love our neighbors and always have a good time with all of them! (I love how Avery's face is all squished in the hood of her snow suit...at least she doesn't get cold!)

The finished painted product in the living room, down the hallway, and in the kitchen! Voila!

A trip to the visitor center at Idaho Falls Temple. The girls both could not get enough of the Savior. They kept hugging Him and trying to climb on his lap. The spirit was amazing and I am so grateful to share moments like this with my family!

  3. Seeing the kids portraying the Christmas story reminded us of when Uncle Jason was baby Jesus at the church Christmas party in Salmon in 1971. Seeing the girls riding behind the 4 wheeler reminded us of when dad used to pull you kids around on the sled behing the truck. What fun!

  6. Looks like you had a great Christmas. Scored some great neighbors with a 4 wheeler! Love the paint color choice. Nothin' like killer sunglasses for christmas. Did Avery get her ballerina outfit after all? Now that that the holidays are over and Chris' first semester is over we will have to come by and see the house next time we are up.
